Anti-social Behaviour

Anti-social behaviour is defined as “any behaviour that caused or was likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons not of the same household as the perpetrator” (Crime and Disorder Act 1998).

We take nuisance and anti-social behaviour very seriously and will take steps to prevent it from continuing. These steps range from written requests and formal discussion to legal proceedings, which may result in the person causing the nuisance to lose their tenancy with us.
