Dear Resident

We would like to provide you with updated information in these unsettling times as well as some additional guidance for further support.

 

CCHA Offices and communicating with us

Our offices are closed until further notice in an effort to slow the spread of Covid -19.

In the meantime, you can contact on the phone at: 0800 054 6710 or through email at customers@ccha.biz

Please scan in and email letters to us, or alternatively, you can take a photo of the document on your mobile phone and send it through to us at: customers@ccha.biz

Staff are no longer visiting our head office daily, so please communicate with us through email as much as you can.

 

Older Persons Housing

We will still carry out our building health and safety checks as well as welfare checks for our older persons schemes, this will now take place over the phone.

 

Neighbourhood Services and Supported Housing

All mutual exchanges will be postponed with immediate effect. Any new tenancy sign ups already arranged this week will still go ahead with additional precautionary measures to keep both our residents and staff safe.

From the 30th March, we will postpone any further sign ups and will update you when we are able to resume.

Estate inspections will be limited to fire inspections on the General Needs schemes and all other health and safety compliance which needs to be completed.

 

Property services

We are moving towards an emergency repairs services only following guidance on trying to reduce as much contact with others as we can.  Please wherever possible only report emergency repairs until further notice. You can do so by contacting us on: 0800 056 7068 or through email at: Maintenanceinbox@ccha.biz.

 

Paying your rent

We understand that this is a very worrying and upsetting time right now. We have put some information together to help you claim the benefits you may be entitled to throughout this current crisis.
