We are seeking two enthusiastic & personable individuals to join our intensive housing services team, primarily responsible for health & safety checks around various schemes. Due to the nature of the role, a driving licence is necessary.

Croydon – £19,250 per annum, 37.5 hours per week (plus excellent benefits including private health care and a generous pension contribution)

We are seeking an individual with experience in housing management and who is passionate about delivering a fabulous service to our residents. Due to the nature of the role, a driving licence is necessary.

£30,250.00 35 hours per week (plus excellent benefits including private health care and a generous pension contribution)

We are seeking an organized & competent individual with either a background or qualification relating to the legal system to ensure that our high standards of governance and effective risk management are maintained.

£35,500.00 per annum 35hrs per week (Plus excellent benefits including private health care and a generous pension contribution)

We are seeking an experienced and target driven income recovery officer, responsible for maximising rent and arrears collection for a patch of residential and non residential accounts.

£29,000.00 per annum – 35hrs per week


Training and development

Training and development of its staff is one of the focal points and the association’s short and long term development planning.

All employees are encouraged to develop their skills and knowledge for the better performance of their current role, and by so doing prepare the way for their own personal development. Training needs are determined through individual review and organisational initiatives. Day release for professional training is available in approved cases.
