Training and development
Training and development of its staff is one of the focal points and the association’s short and long term development planning.
All employees are encouraged to develop their skills and knowledge for the better performance of their current role, and by so doing prepare the way for their own personal development. Training needs are determined through individual review and organisational initiatives. Day release for professional training is available in approved cases.
