CCHA is headed by a Chief Executive and a team of four Heads of Service.

There are four main departments within CCHA; Property Services, Corporate Services, Housing Services and the Finance Department.
The Property Services Department manages the maintenance of CCHA's properties and estates. This includes responsive and planned repairs and the management of gas servicing, cleaning and gardening contracts. The Head of Property Services is Tracy Cullen.
The Corporate Services Department encompasses Governance, Company Secretarial, Information Technology, Customer Services, Human Resources and Administration. The Head of Corporate Services is Angela Simpson.
The Finance Department manages
the financial and accounting 
functions of CCHA’s
business; this includes rent accounts, rent
increase and service charge work, invoicing
and payments, management accounting and payroll.
The finance team deal with inquiries from residents
as well as staff members and contactors. The
Head of Finance is Roger Maddams .
The Housing Services Department covers General Needs and Supported Housing, Older People and Outreach Services. This department also manages accommodation for services provided by other agencies. The Head of Housing is Dan Thompson.
