Tracy Cullen - Chief Executive

Experience
Tracy has worked in the building industry since 1993, starting her career as a Project Manager for Wimpey Environmental, before moving to Stanger Science and Environment as a material consultant in 1997.
Tracy’s career changed direction in 2001, with her first role in Social Housing at Thames Valley Housing Association as an area surveyor. During her time at Thames Valley Housing, she was promoted to Property Manager, with responsibility for all of the responsive repairs and estate services, crucially introducing two new partnering contracts for these services.
Tracy then moved to Stadium Housing in 2006 to be Partnering Manager, responsible for introducing six new partnering contracts simultaneously for all of the repairs services that were provided. As well as the new contracts, Tracy was responsible for all planned and cyclical programmes, service contracts, asset disposal, and aids and adaptations amongst others.
In August 2008, Tracy moved to CCHA and has never looked back. She started as Head of Property Services and, through a senior management restructure, was made Director of Operations in April 2010. In January 2011 Tracy took up the reigns of Chief Executive (interim for a year), from Ian Winslet who moved to Suffolk Housing.

Experience
Angela joined CCHA in 1987 and is proud to be the longest serving staff member. Prior to joining CCHA she had a background in the commercial sector and public relations. During her time at CCHA Angela has worked as an Office Manager, Human Resources Manager and Head of Corporate Services. In April 2011 she was appointed as Director of Corporate Services with responsibility for Human Resources, Office Management, Health & Safety, Governance, Company Secretarial, Information Technology, Customer Services, Performance Improvement and Administration.
Angela successfully completed the flagship “Runge Effective Leadership Programme” in1997, and continues to work with young leaders through the Croydon Young Enterprise Scheme. She is also a Board member of Croydon Women’s Aid.
She is passionate about developing others, good leadership, and Manchester United. Angela has lived in Croydon and Sutton for over 30 years, has one fabulous daughter, plus one very small dog called Molly.
Kristian Melgaard - Director of Operations

Experience
Kristian has worked in social housing since 2003, starting his career at a Liverpool-based law firm where he was seconded to work for Arena Housing (now Your Housing Group). He soon joined Arena on a permanent basis, managing teams responsible for home ownership, leasehold and commercial activities.
Taking the decision to re-locate, Kristian moved to London-based Origin Housing Group in 2005 as Assistant Director of their commercial subsidiary. In this role he was responsible for growing the keyworker housing portfolio and for developing and managing various schemes in partnership with three NHS Trusts. Kristian was promoted to a group role in 2007, becoming responsible for group rent and service charge setting, voids and allocations, repairs call centre, and income collection.
Kristian’s career changed direction in 2010, as he joined Circle 33 Housing Trust as a consultant on neighbourhood and estate service matters, as well as service improvement. However, by 2011 he had moved to Birmingham to work for another part of Circle Housing Group - Mercian Housing Association - where he took on another Assistant Director role, this time responsible for customer services, complaints, resident involvement and community investment. During his time there he drove Mercian’s agenda on tackling worklessness, as well as working on customer profiling and digital inclusion.
In June 2012 Kristian moved back to London, joining CCHA as Director of Operations. He is responsible for all housing operations and for working with Tracy and the other members of the Leadership Team to ensure CCHA delivers first class services to their residents.
Kristian also chairs the East Area Board at One Housing Group.
Roger Maddams - Director of Finance

Experience
Roger joined CCHA in September 2009, initially on an interim basis, which was made into a permanent position in August 2011. He has worked in social housing since 2001 in a variety of senior roles, acting as Resources Director for Havebury Housing Partnership and Charter Community Housing, as well as interim Finance Director roles as Ekaya Housing Association and Black Country Housing Group. Roger commenced his career in social housing at Moat Housing Group as Head of Finance. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the “Top 4” firm of Coopers & Lybrand in Maidstone. Before working in social housing, Roger held senior financial positions in the building supply, oil exploration, estate agency and library service industries before acting as Finance Director for Gillingham Football Club. At CCHA, Roger is responsible for all financial matters, including treasury, business planning, budgeting and audit and risk management
