For gas servicing enquiries you should call PH Jones on 0800 023 4062.
Gas Safety Advice
In case of an issue with the gas services that we provide you would need to contact our partnering contractors P H Jones on 0800 023 4062.
If you think that an appliance is unsafe then turn it off and contact P H Jones on 0800 023 4062 who will attend and test, they will then advise you of any necessary action required.
If you smell gas, think there is a gas leak or have reason to suspect the presence of carbon monoxide you should:
• Turn off the gas supply at the meter
• Open any windows and doors
• Avoid using any electrical switches
• Put out all naked flames
Call the GAS EMERGENCY NUMBER ON 0800 111 999 Do not waste precious time by contacting CCHA first but go directly to this number and they will be able to deal with it.
