What happens to your views?
All the comments and survey results from CCHA's residents are collected and put into a report; both good and bad; nothing is left out. The report includes pie charts from the 'Your View' surveys showing how CCHA has performed in the different areas of its service, this includes a rating on whether CCHA resolved your query first time and how friendly, professional and knowledgeable our staff or contractors were. Even the lists of additional comments residents or customers have given us are included.
Every three months the managers and staff within CCHA sit down to reflect on and discuss the results. The outcomes of these meetings can help CCHA resolve problems and plan improvements to its services. The name of this regular meeting is the 'Value 1 Forum' - in direct reference to the first of CCHA's values: Listen and Learn and is the means by which CCHA dedicates time to listen to and learn from your views.

To save money on postage why can't things be collected and delivered by the Sheltered Housing Officer?
Every regular mail out of letters or material from Norfolk House are now hand delivered to Sheltered and Supported schemes by the Supported Housing Officer.
The bin store areas should be cleaned more thoroughly.
It has been built in to the new contract with Wealdens that the bins and bin store areas are cleaned on a quarterly basis.
