Our Aims
We aim to be THE community housing association in our area, through meeting needs of the communities we serve in Croydon, Sutton and Merton, by providing a professional, caring and responsive service to our residents. We accomplish this by providing general needs homes for rent for single people and families; housing for older people providing a more secure environment for older residents and providing care and support services to residents who have particular support needs by providing somewhere to live where staff are on hand to help them make the most of the property they live in.
