Our History
The Association has approximately 1400 properties managed by 80 staff, about three quarters of whom work from our Head Office at Norfolk House, Wellesley Road, Croydon. The Departments based at Norfolk House cover housing management, rent arrears recovery, maintenance, development, finance, recruitment and our supported and sheltered housing services. We are accredited 'Investors in People' and actively encourage training and development opportunities for our staff.
