CCHA's new caretaker service
Since January 09 Martin Lockett from Axis has been hard at work providing a caretaker service for CCHA.
His job is to carry out the really essential but small maintenance jobs that make a real difference to CCHA's estates and communal areas. Being regularly in touch with residents also means Martin is on hand to report or act quickly to solve estate and maintenance problems that come up. The service was introduced to add value to the range of estate services and estate inspections that CCHA already provide.
