Finance Department

The Finance Department is based at Head Office and consists of the Head of Finance and five staff members. The team have to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines. They also audit and process the payroll to SunAccounts, produce quarterly management accounts, meet annual audit deadlines together with processing end of year accounts. Rent Increase and Service Charge work also forms a significant part of the workload within this department. The team deal with inquiries from all staff members as well as contractors and queries regarding tenant rents.
