Because your views are important to us we aim to provide as many opportunities as possible for you to tell us how you think we are doing and to give us your ideas, suggestions and compliments.

Complaints
We at CCHA aim to provide a responsive, high quality service to our tenants, applicants, users or agencies with whom we work. Whilst we make every effort to do this, we recognise that there may be times when you may feel dissatisfied with the service that you have received. When this happens, we would like to know, so that we can try to put the matter right.
This guide tells you under what circumstances you can make a complaint to CCHA and how you should go about doing so.
