Customer Services

CCHA provides customer service delivery through 3 dedicated Customer Advisors. If you have a query or a request then by making contact either in person at our front desk, by telephone or e-mail they will ensure that a high standard of service is delivered. I.T. at CCHA

CCHA’s IT provison supports all CCHA users. The link exists to an external housing maintenance supplier and maintenance works are processed via this link. Main packages supported are CTX, SunAccounts, IQ, Vision, Microsoft Office packages, Microsoft Project, Personnel Director, Easy Access (the CCHA intranet package). There is a mixture of smaller more peripheral type packages installed such as SDS Proval, CORE Digital and various small utility packages to help this section support users. Citrix and PC Anywhere is used to aid support and to provide a more centrally based I.T. support section as far as is feasible.

Software used by the team

'CTX' is the Housing database package used to process tenant rents and service charges and is also used to input invoices to the system. ‘SunAccounts’ is the accounting package used. ‘Bankline’ provides access to the CCHA bank accounts whilst ‘Allpay’ is used to process tenant D/D’s and to process payment details for those tenants that use this payment method. Consolidations and ad-hoc management reports are produced using a mix of the above together with ‘IQ’ and ‘Vision’. These are add-on tools to the CTX and SunAccounts packages mentioned above. Excel is also used heavily within Finance as one would expect. Personnel Director and Easy Access hold all Personnel details and provide intranet access for employees.

Human Resources

The Human Resources Department is often described as the backbone of CCHA. We work with management and staff to develop our employment practices, benefits and rewards packages.

The HR Department has responsibility for a wide range of issues which include employee relations, performance management, payroll, training and development, recruitment and selection and more. We take great pride in our responsibilities by maintaining good working relationships between management and employees.
