The Corporate Division is made up of two core functions. Business Support and Performance Improvement.
The Business Support department is made up of a Business Support Manager, 2 officers and a Customer Advisor. The team is responsible for all functions which support the business – Human Resources, Health & Safety, Office Management, Information Technology, and Customer Service (Reception). The focus of the team is on aiding others to do their job to an excellent standard and ultimately, improve the service we provide to our residents.
The Performance Improvement department is made up of a Performance Improvement Manager, 2 Co-ordinators, and an Administrator. The team is responsible for strategy/policy development and implementation, business planning and improvement as well as performance management. The focus of the team is to develop embed and sustain a robust culture of service improvement, which includes promoting new initiatives, co-ordinating, monitoring and reporting performance information.
The Director of Corporate Services is Angela Simpson
