Blogging's all new to me.....
OK, so when my team first suggested I should have a "Blog" I thought it likely that this was some new method of keeping tabs on my latest organisational change ideas or worse...just an opportunity to keep me in my office and out of theirs.
What they do know is that secretly I am a frustrated journalist/raconteur/after dinner speaker and they care enough to help me make it global! Welcome therefore to this my first of many (probably irregular) Blogs.
