Board of Management
The Board is composed of volunteers who want to improve housing in Croydon, Sutton and Merton. They are prohibited by law from benefiting financially from the business of the Association. Under CCHA governance Board Members are not paid but the Board reserves the right to amend this if necessary in the future. The Board decides policies and controls the way the Association operates.
Two places on CCHA's Board of Management are kept available for residents. This ensures that the views of residents are always considered by the Board. The names of the Board members are given in our Annual Report which is available to all residents every September; just before our Annual General Meeting. If you want more information or would like to apply to become a board member please contact the Chief Executive at Norfolk House.
