Acceptable Behaviour Contracts
Acceptable behaviour for any tenant living in a CCHA property is to abide by the obligations of being a tenant set out in the Tenancy Agreement. Not to cause noise, nuisance, harassment or racial harassment. These obligations extend to the immediate family living in the property and for all guests, relatives or visitors to the property and the vicinity. If the Tenancy Agreement is breached CCHA will take action against a perpetrator and this could include signing an Acceptable Behaviour Contract for under-18 years of age and for adults an Undertaking not to cause breaches of the tenancy.
