Croydon Churches Housing Association, operating since 1967 has been described as efficient, business like, caring and responsive - a housing association that has its roots and its culture firmly based amongst the residents of South West London.
We are a community-based housing association in the true sense of those words. With nearly 1400 properties in only three London boroughs we maintain a close relationship with residents that larger associations can never aspire to.
