Value for Money

We have ambitious targets to deliver through our business plan, “Commitment 2020”, so we must ensure that we operate as efficiently and effectively as possible. We strive to provide a high quality professional service to residents, which demonstrates value for money (VfM). This is not just about being the cheapest but also striking the right balance between economy, efficiency and effectiveness. In order to achieve this, we need to have a clear understanding of the structure of the costs and the benefit that the services and products procured by those costs provide.

This section provides information on all the aspects of VfM that will help us to improve our VfM year on year.
